π§Ύ First, What is Corporate Tax in the UAE?
As of June 1, 2023, the UAE has introduced a federal Corporate Tax on business profits.
π‘ The Corporate Tax rate is 9% on profits above AED 375,000 per financial year.
If your net profit is below AED 375,000, you may not have to pay corporate tax — but you still have to register.
β Who Needs to Register for Corporate Tax?
According to the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA), the following must register for Corporate Tax:
1. Any business entity (LLC, Sole Establishment, Civil Company, etc.)
